OntheGoQuilting has been stuck at home! My daughter is out for an injury and not swimming at this moment. This gives me a rare opportunity to get some home projects done!
No projects are in work at this time, since I am not on the go right now.
At Home Quilting
Green Love – Complete! It turned out fabulous! ! I used Artisan Batiks – Prisma Dyes Rainforest Roll Up by Lunn Studios for Robert Kaufman for the center, Michael Miller French Journal Collection Anjou Pour Vous Yellow for the border, and Little House on the Praire Andover Fabrics Daisy Green for the backing. The batting is Warm and Plush Cotton batting.
Baby Quilt #6 – Complete Christmas Pure and Simple by Nancy Halvorsen for Benartex and Kona Snow fabric with a Warm and Plush cotton batting.
Fall Challenge blocks are complete
Green Table Runner – This table runner was so much fun to make! I used Artisan Batiks – Prisma Dyes Rainforest Roll Up by Lunn Studios for Robert Kaufman for the center, Michael Miller French Journal Collection Anjou Pour Vous Yellow for the border, and Van Gogh Light Green by Robert Kaufman. The quilt batting is with Pellon’s Wrap and Zap Cotton batting.
GAINS Ministry Quilt 2 – waiting for OnTheGoQuilting to be on the go. This is a great project for the van, since the pieces are blocks with straight seams.
Free Motion Quilting
Ribbon Star Quilt is in FMQ on the Juki. This batting is Warm and Plush cotton on the bottom and Dream Quilters Wool for extra warmth during the cold northern nights. It is beautiful! The fabric is from Stonehenge Land of the Free collection and Kona Snow fabric. The backing is an old fabric that I had sitting around, sorry I do not know the manufacturer.
King Binding Tool Star Quilt – This quilt is still in FMQ. The quilt consists of Studio RK for Robert Kaufman La Scala Champagne fabric combined with Kona Snow. I have a little of Charcoal fabric left over from a quilt ages ago. The King quilt batting is Warm and Plush cotton on the bottom and Dream Quilters Wool on the top.
Flowers and More Quilt is a daring quilt created from the collection put together by Natalie Lahmer at The Quilt Box in Kentucky. The collection was so beautiful, that I felt the only quilt pattern was a basic patchwork. I added Little House on the Praire Andover Fabrics Daisy Green and Kona Stone for the borders. The backing is a Zoey – Morning Dew Ivory Yardage by Eleanor Burns for Benartex. The quilt will be batted with Warm and Plush Cotton batting.
Have a wonderful day!
